Our PM Program

The overall goal of a successful Preventive Maintenance program is to establish consistent, planned PM visits designed to improve the performance and safety of the equipment at your facility. This will reduce the downtime and customer dissatisfaction that occurs when equipment is not working properly.  We design the visits according to our customers’ desires: whether it be monthly, quarterly, etc.

Servicing

We will establish an appointment date with you.  Then, one of our technicians will be dispatched to your facility/home. (If calling our offices after business hours you will be contacted within 24 hours on business days).

Pricing is based on your location.  Feel free to contact us and we can discuss this in more detail with you.

Warranty Support

When a piece of equipment is purchased, the manufacturer will usually accompany the purchase with a warranty.  A warranty is a time period whereas if something goes wrong, the manufacturer will cover the cost of the item being repaired.   An example of this would be 30-, 60-, 90-, etc day warranty.

 

If you purchase an item that is under warranty and it breaks, you could call the manufacturer and request Out Of Order Fitness Repair as your service provider.  The manufacturer will then notify us.  We then contact you and schedule an appointment.  We are certified to represent various manufacturers. 

Non-Warranty Support

In the event your fitness equipment warranty has expired and you are in need of preventive maintenance, service or parts, give us a call, send us an email or request information via our request information tab to get started repairing your equipment.

Pricing depending upon location and time spent on repair.

Residential

We mainly service Commercial customers, but we do schedule appointments for our Residential customers when we know we will be in their area.  Our Scheduling Department can set up an appointment with you that will coincide with your schedule and our technician’s schedule.

Installations

Pricing may vary depending upon the manufacturer location, amount of time for installation, etc.

Parts

If the technician discovers that a part is needed, an estimate will be sent to you for your approval prior to purchasing the item.  If there is a part needed that is under warranty, we will tell the manufacturer what is needed.  Therefore, the manufacturer can cover the cost of the item.
